A productive Friday.

Well.. I'd say, it was indeed a productive and well-spent Friday. I woke up at 9:30am, went to uni for the assignment discussion with my group mates.

Before we started the discussion, we went to Sakura cafe for brunch. I had Tom Yam mee and it was super spicy! I swear, I teared a lot while eating it. Lol. One thing about uni's food, Pricey and suck, not much of a fan but it's convenient for us so we went there.

Discussion was fine but complicating. There were so many varieties and choices of brand till we had no clue which one to go for. But most of the time, we were on camera and Facebook instead of discussing about the assignment. Yes, we da camewhores/ vain chicks!

I waited for boyfie approximately 1-2 hours. Nearly fell asleep at the lobby I swear, I was so tired and dehydrated plus recently, deprived of sleep. However, we still went for lunch and movie. Tiredness ain't gonna stop me from doing the things I like! #yolo 

We went for lunch at sushi zanmai and this time I ordered seafood salad and cawanmushi (a must). Yes, we're both huge fans of japanese food and they should make a membership card for us since we often go there for lunch/ dinner. Lol.

And after like a week of awaiting, finally, yes FINALLY, we watched monster university. The monsters were so cute especially mike, the greenish single eyeball dude. I even laughed a few times throughout the movie due to the cuteness of the monsters. Couldn't resist em'. In fact, I even think that they're much more cuter than the minions that many people are obsessed with currently. Seriously, the movie was awesome! Go and watch peeps. 

SOOO, there goes my productive Friday; tiring but fun at the same time. 

Oh nooo! There's a quiz tomorrow. Gotta study now so wish me luck? x

Girly outing after class

After 347583928 days and finally!! I met up with this chick named Ai lee. She was actually my kindergarten best friend and apparently, she's currently studying at the same uni as me. WHAT A COINCIDENCE?!? Lol. Well, if it wasn't because of a friend, we wouldn't have even started the conversation and met up. Thanks to you, you know who you are. :D 

So after our classes, we headed to one u and we went to Sushi Zanmai for dinner. I ordered chicken katsudon, as usual my favorite japanese dish (one of em') and cawanmushi. And after our dinner, we walked around to search for marc's upcoming birthday pressie and we also did some camwhores (Vain girls, yes lah yes lah. LOL). So.. after walking into a few shops, I finally found his present and TADAAAA mission accomplished! 
P.S. Not gonna mention about it here in case if he's reading my blog. Be patient dear. Weehee! <3 x

As usual. When there's no class, I'll be extremely bored and lifeless at home. So, yesterday and today, besides chatting with my friends, going online, watching youtube videos, watching movies and others, there's nothing else I could do. My life is just plain miserable. Yes, miserable. PFFFT. Seriously, I need some new activities to spice up my life. Just like adding sambal with nasi lemak. LOL. Make sense? Okay not funny, whatever. Anyway..

I always wanted a shopping partner and someone whom I can share my problems with, pour my heart and emotions out and most importantly, someone who's loyal, genuine and trustworthy. Well, I do have a best friend and not to say that she's bad, I mean, she's fine. Yea, she's awesome. We met like around last year and she's just staying right behind of my house. To be honest, our friendship is different now compared to the beginning when we just met. We used to spend so much time together like probably 4 times per week or more than that, and she would even come to my house to sleep over sometimes. Seriously, we were so much closer back then. Now she's so busy with her work, studies and her boyfriend. I mean, sometimes I'm busy too but still I tried to make time for the both of us. I called and texted her, most of the time she would tell me she's busy with assignment, college stuffs and she had curfew so we ended up spending time only once a week or sometimes none. Seriously, I miss how we used to be before. Well, I guess things just change after some time.. we can't expect things to stay the same forever. It's saddening but there's nothing much I can do about it besides getting adapted to it. *sigh* Oh well..
Friendship really means a lot to me. When I tell certain people my secrets or my personal stuffs, it means I trust them, and when I find out they actually go around and tell others my secrets, I instantly lose my trust in them. I don't fake my emotions and I'm completely genuine to myself and my heart. That's how I feel. Same goes to family and relationship.

Okay now what? Oh! Recently, I have been reminiscing back my childhood memories a lot. I realized that I kinda abandoned my old talent - drawing. When I was younger I used to enjoy drawing anime cartoon characters and comics. I even used up a few exercise books for drawings. Few days ago, I tried to draw and I realized it wasn't as good as last time.
Here's my super spontaneous and lame masterpiece, yes you may laugh at it. Lol.

R.I.P Cory Monteith

So, today I received a news that Cory Monteith passed away in a hotel due to drug overdose. I remember watching glee when I was in secondary school and I actually had a small crush on him. It makes me sad seeing such a talented and cute celebrity died but oh well, people come and go and death is unpredictable. Rest in peace Cory Monteith. You'll always be remembered by me. :'(

Today was G & B.

Let's start off with the good part first. So today, I went for a movie titled "Pacific Rim" with boyfie and his friends at sunway pyramid. The movie was worth-watching and impressive. In fact, it was even better than transformer. No regrets watching it in Imax. For those who haven't watch that movie yet, do check it out! It's really good and I mean it.

Now the bad news. Boyf's car broke down after the movie and it happened in the carpark. The car sorta like had some engine issues like for instance- when it was started, he had to constantly pressing on the accelerator to prevent the car from dying. But luckily, he managed to get the tow man's contact and called him. While waiting for the tow man to arrive, we went to the MCD nearby to have some drink and rest.. we had a super long and tiring day though. After 20-30 minutes, we were rescued and thank god, we're back to his place safe and sound. *sings taylor swift's song* LOLOLOL.

Not forgetting the food. Before our movie, we went to Fisherman's Wharf for dinner. In case if you're wondering, it is actually a restaurant own by my boyfriend's parents in Taman Desa. They serve western and chinese food. The starter, we had mushroom soup and garlic bread and then followed by my dish, a plate of spaghetti bolognese and boyfie's lamb chop.

Overall, I did enjoy today even though the car broke down and we struggled to search for help. The food and movie were awesome and I loved it.

Simple and budget Malay food.

Malay food Malay food! OMGGGG when it comes to malay food, japanese food, I get a huge crave for em'! 

Well, at first I was supposed to head out for dinner with family but dad was at Miri so mum said just stay home and order mcd. But eventually, me and my boyfriend decided that we're gonna head out for Malay food instead, so we went to a Malay hawker stall in KD.. Teehee! We ordered like a few dishes: 

1) Kangkung belacan

2) Kailan veggie (Kinda blur but let's not waste this pic)

3)Tom yam soup

4) Chicken satay 

5) Chicken paprik

I swear, my stomach was burning after the meal, but it felt so awesome! "Satisfied" is the word.
